I have known a worked with Ivan for more than 8 years. I worked with Ivan in two of our businesses EXIsport and Reshoes. During this time Ivan held various positions in management, from store managers to Chief retail offices. He was fully responsible for performance of more than 30 stores on Slovakia market, which means delivery all KPIs, managing people, implementing all changes and constantly innovating business. Ivan has big passion for retail and for working with people and team. He is very result oriented and has big energy and internal motivation for achieving all planned goals. I always admit his ability to find very effective way how to solve problem and his motivation to learn new things.
